peoplefusion is a dynamic and strategic recruitment, coaching and management agency based in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, NSW. Since 1999, we have built a reputation for matching exceptional candidates with business needs, under the banner of Richardson Whipper Recruitment, which later became Richardson Recruitment in 2003.

Following a management buy-out in 2007 by the current Directors Alison Kimmorley and Sally Bartley and then the acquisition of Contrax Project Services in 2008, the organisation underwent a name change to peoplefusion.  peoplefusion currently employs 13 Staff and 2 Executive Directors.

Now, as peoplefusion, we're moving forward with a fresh and contemporary approach while still delivering the right solutions for you. We operate in the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Regions from our offices in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
