As Director of peoplefusion, Ali is responsible for business direction.  This includes strategic planning, budgeting, identifying and developing business opportunities, and mentoring and coaching recruitment staff.  Ali also leads peoplefusion’s recruitment of executive positions. 

With a background in real estate, Ali joined the peoplefusion team in 2001, under the company’s former banner of Richardson Recruitment.  She played a key role in developing the company profile across Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast, and was instrumental in the business winning two local government tenders for the supply of temporary employees.

Now, with her business partner Sally Bartley, Ali is leading peoplefusion into an exciting new era, while passionately instilling her client services values throughout the peoplefusion team. 

Ali rates trekking the Kokoda Trail in June 2008 as a significant personal achievement and a highlight of her life.
