Within six months, Louise’s talents for recruitment saw her move into a consultant’s role, a position she has held since 2005. As the Manager of the Temporary Division, Louise's challenge is to match the correct candidate to the right job based on the client’s needs, usually within a short timeframe. She enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of helping people achieve their career goals. |

Consistent growth in the temporary division has enabled us to appoint an additional Consultant, Emma Rainey. Emma will be working alongside Louise, and collectively, will continue to grow the temp division. Emma comes from a military background, namely Australian Defence Force Recruiting, before moving into the civilian sector as a Group Training Coordinator for a leading national company in this field.
Emma has gained a vast amount of experience working within fast paced and results driven environments dealing with recruitment from a wide variety of disciplines and clients. Emma is looking forward to the challenge ahead and contributing to peoplefusion's ongoing success. |
