Previously a personal assistant in the retail industry, Louise worked in a secretarial role with a law firm before joining peoplefusion as a receptionist.

Within six months, Louise’s talents for recruitment saw her move into a consultant’s role, a position she has held since 2005.

As the Manager of the Temporary Division, Louise's challenge is to match the correct candidate to the right job based on the client’s needs, usually within a short timeframe. She enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of helping people achieve their career goals.
